Kenneth Randy Owens, Sr., 53, of Bedford, passed away on Monday, May 5, 2025. He was born in Bedford, VA on April 10, 1972 a son of Valarie Stump Owens and the late Kenneth Hallin Owens. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Marcella Owens Wright; granddaughter, Evelyn Kate Owens; and brother-in-law, Robert Vernon Montgomery. In addition to his mother, Valarie Owens he is survived by his wife, Teresa Lewis Owens; children, Katherine Michelle Lewis, Kenneth Randy Owens, Jr. (Alexis), Randy Williams Owens, Justin Hallin Owens (Bri), Savannah Nicole Owens (Gage), Jenna Louise Martin; grandchildren, Kevin Gregory King, Jr., Naevah Maylin Owens, Bella Marie Martin, Mikah Tay Rabb, Kamiah Yori Rabb, Elayna Jade Brown, Kenneth Matthew Owens, Everly Reign House, Harper Rae Hunter; and sisters, Melissa Ann Owens and Monica Owens Wilson (Jimmy). A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at Church of the Great Shepherd, 1937 Shingle Block Road, Bedford. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
