Janice Veronica Sprows Mayott, 89, of Castle Hayne, NC and formerly of Huddleston, VA passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025. She was born in Philadelphia, PA on July 8, 1935 a daughter of the late Joseph Sydney Sprows and Veronica Kelly Sprows. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Patrick (Frank) Mayott, Jr.; and a brother, Joseph Sydney Sprows. She is survived by her children, Regina Grace Ehinger (Bill), Christine Forrester, Frank Mayott (Natalie), Timothy Mayott, Elizabeth Mayott-Scharf (Fred); and grandchildren, Alana Mayott, Kiera Mayott, Lincoln Scharf, Caroline Scharf, Benjamin Scharf. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at Trinity Ecumenical Parish with Father Salvador Añonuevo celebrating.
